Around the world 3 x 12
tricep flyaway (I don’t know what this is called) (4 x12)
Dumbell push up 3×12 reps
Plank 1 minute
Mountain climbers 30 seconds
Glute kickback with resistance bands 4×12
side leg kick out thing lol (4×12)
Open and close till burn out
finisher box jump squats.
Breakfast
1 ripe banana
1 1/2 cup oats
3 tbs chai seeds
1 cup plant milk
1 tbs pb2 powder (peanut butter powder)
Nice Cream
2 frozen Banana’s
1 tbs Maca powder
cacao nibs
Tumeric Latte I bought from Holland and Barrett
1 bag of carrot battons
Okra:
1 1/2 cup water
1 vegetable stock
1tbs suya spice mix
1tbs hot spice
1tbs curry powder
2 cups of chopped okra
1 bag of spinach
