ROUGHLY MY FOOD PLAN:
BREAKFAST:
OAT MILK COFFEE
GRANOLA, PECANS, STRAWBERRIES & BLUEBERRIES

LUNCH:
TIGER BREAD, AVOCADO, ROCKET & TOMATOES

DINNER:
HUGE SALAD & POTATO WEDGES / OIL, MIXED HERBS, SALT & PEPPER
LEMON DRIZZLE CAKE / I will ask my sister for the recipe we used!
