This is a delicious dish which is simple and easy to make.
Eventhough my fillings mixtures are limited but the combination makes the pouch a very light and sensational dish.
Here are the following ingredients for 1 person:
Blanch 4 leaves of Napa cabbage for wrapping (some call it just chinese cabbage)
Blanch some leeks/chives for tying
Following fillings to be cut in little cubes
2 big shitake mushrooms
2 whole fresh water chestnut or nashi pear 3 tbsp
2 tbsp carrots
3 tbsp tofu hard
or other desired tasty vegetables
1)Sauce
1 tbsp chinese cooking wine
3 tsp vegetable sauce
2 tsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
a touch of cornstarch for thickening
2 tbsp water
2) Sweet and Spicy sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
half a tbsp samba oelek
2 tbsp water
a little cornstarch for thickening

As this dish is light its better to have other vegetarian dish to accompany when eating with rice to make a complete meal.
