Veg stir fry recipe –

Ingredients –
6-7 broccoli florets
3 baby corns (cut diagonally)
10-12 green beans
1 medium sized carrot
1 medium sized green bell pepper diced
1/2 yellow bell pepper diced
1/2 red bell pepper diced
Portion of a small cabbage diced
3 green onion leafs cut lengthwise
1 medium onion diced

Ingredients for blanching vegetables
1 tsp Salt
Broccoli, baby orbs, French beans and carrots

Ingredients for stir fry –
1 tblsp sesame seeds (Til) roasted
1 tblsp sesame oil
1 tblsp finely chopped garlic
1/2 tblsp finely chopped ginger
1 green chilli finely chopped
Onion, bell peppers and cabbage
Blanched vegetables
1/2 tsp white pepper powder (or black pepper powder)
1 tblsp soya sauce
1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1 tsp Green Chilli sauce
1/2 tblsp white vinegar (or lemon juice)
Green onion leaves
