Nakakatakam nmn to. Garlic rice at spicy vinegar na sawsawan nlng ang kulang. Samahan muna din ng cold pineapple juice pra less guilty.

Mukang masarap, matry nga. 😀Opinion ko lang naman ito, I think the word "tipid" in the title is misleading. Dahil hindi talaga sya tipid, considering na mas matagal ang cooking process nya (meaning malakas sa gasul) at yung volume ng meat was reduced to 35 to 45%. If kung magtitipid aku, I just cook it, sa traditional na paraan since ang kulang lang naman dito is suka, toyo at laurel. 😊 May sabaw na di pa reduced ung quantity ng karne.

Nagustuhan din ng amo Kung Chinese yang adobo sa asin. Taga bicol po ako.. At masarap tlga yan. Pwede din pang pulutan.
Sarap neto. Paborito to ng mga Bicolano. Kadalasan ang mantika nyan ay ginagamit sa fried rice o kaya naman sawsawan ng kamoteng kahoy. Kadalasan sa pagluluto neto, inilalagay ang bawang kapag malapit na maubos tubig.
