  1. you could use better mixing cups without all the clinking noise!!! 6 side glasses are not very effective mixing containers?

  2. A few tips when making this: Add pineapples to the stir fry and use the pineapple juice from the canned pineapples to add in the sweet and sour sauce. It will make it taste so much better. And if you want the red color like the restaurant, add about a teaspoon of red food coloring. Β If you want to make the pork crispier, make a batter consisting of one egg white, 1/2 cup of cornstarch, 1 cup of flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1/2 cup of ice cold water, and a tablespoon of oil. It will make the pork a lot crispier. I also suggest you use pork shoulder, Even though it's a fattier cut of meat, the fat will keep the pork from drying out.

  5. I made it today, only replacing pork with chicken. Another great recipe from you. Wife and son loved it. Greetings from Poland

  6. i suppose reducing the sugar wont make much of a difference, but seriously, diet sweetener? It's gonna be a disaster. Better try brown sugar if you are that worried.

wow thats a lot of sugar! will it make the taste go wrong if I reduce the white sugar or if I switch it to a "diet sweetener"?

  11. Hi, i wanted to ask why you decided to use these ingredients to make the sweet sour sauce instead of the other one you did a tutorial on (the one with the chicken broth, etc). Does it matter which one you use and also, will the recipe turn out the same if i use chicken instead of pork? Thanks in advance, i love your videos πŸ™‚

You can par boil the peppers in a pot – just bring the water to a boil, add the peppers and cook them for just a minute or until they are just slightly tender. Then drain them and add them as you would the microwaved peppers πŸ™‚
