Chinese Stir fry vegetables recipe is tasty and healthy. We make this recipe when we need a change from the normal salads. This recipe is stir fried in oyster sauce. You can also use soya sauce in this Chinese style recipe. I blanch the vegetables for 6 minutes in order to preserve the colour and freshness and the stir fried in oyster sauce for another 5 minutes
