Personally, I like to use more spices, and since I don't have a sous vide machine I lightly simmer everything together for a while to let the flavors get to know each other. also I like spices so I use reapers in my curry

those juices should be going in that gravy,, and let me tell you.. there is no place for that vinegar in that gravy and the last thing is that the gravy is raww…. u should cook that gravy and chicken together in a pan later.. naan's should be served with the butter chicken not rice.. thats the secret of an authentic butter chicken
