· 2 cups of Kidney Beans (pressure cook for 20
minutes, in 6 cups of water)
· Cho-Cho or Chayote (peeled and diced)
· 6 Okras (aid to thicken stew) – optional
· 2 small Carrots (diced fine)
· 1 Irish Potato (diced, aid to thicken soup)
· ½ Pumpkin – peel off skin (aid to thicken soup)
· Yellow Yam (optional) – peeled and diced
· 2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil (optional)
· 1 teaspoon of Pimento Berries (whole)
· 8 Garlic Cloves or one head (mashed)
· 2 stacks of Scallion (whole)
· Several springs of Thyme (tie together two
· 2 finger lengths of Weed Sticks; use stick only – optional
· 1 tablespoon of Parsley (dried)
· 1 tablespoon of Basil (dried)
· 1 teaspoon of Rosemary (dried and diced fine)
· 4 Whole Clovers
· 1 teaspoon of Marjoram (dried or fresh)
· ½ teaspoon of Oregano (dried or fresh)
· 2 Turnips (diced fine)
· 1 or 2 Scotch Bonnet Peppers (whole) (ripening)
· Ginger half your finger (for flavor, aid
preserving if use coconut milk)
· 6 cups of Water
· 2 cups of Coconut Milk
· 2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil (any good cooking
oil can use)
· ½ to cup of Peanuts (raw) – optional – you can
use any nuts!
· Yellow Yam – optional; You can add ripen piece of turmeric root as well…..
DUMPLINGS: (Form dough, and then roll small piece between palms makes spinner dumpling).
· I cup of Wheat Flour, pinch of Salt, add ¼ cup of Water……….
