Simple Veg Dinner Recipes 1

This video shows the recipe for a simple homely south Indian veg dinner. After coming home from work, this is easy to prepare and healthy too. The rasam is very inviting and can be had as a soup too. Avarakkai or broad sense is very good with its high fibre content.
Ingredients
Avarakkai curry
Avarakkai (broad Beans) 250 gm
Oil 3 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
urad dal 1 tsp
dry chillies 2
Hing/asafoetida a pinch
haldi /turmeric powder a pinch
Salt to taste
Fresh grated coconut 2 Tbsp

Milagu Rasam
Tamarind paste 1 tsp
Sal to taste
Pepper 1 tsp
Jeera /Cumin seeds 1/2 Tsp
ghee 1 Tsp
Curry leaves a few
