Description of video & Ingredients:
In this video recipe Barry shows you how to make a delicious recipe for a midweek mix – it’s speedy, delicious, cheap, filling and full of flavour. It’s a pork ragu with rigatoni pasta.
Play around with the ingredients, switch up the mince and pastas used – enjoy it, you’ll love this!

350g pasta
400g pork mince
1 garlic clove
tsp chilli flakes
1 onion
400g chopped tomatoes
150ml white wine
pinch ground cinnamon
250ml water
chicken stock cube
2tbsp tomato puree
few thyme sprigs
fresh chopped parsley & parmesan to serve
