SAUTEE’D FRESH VEGETABLES
3 Summer Squash
1 Red Bell Pepper
Handful of Asparagus
Or Whatever you have in the Refrigerator (no potatoes)
Cut off the ends, wash, chop and add to wok. Add 3-4 tbsp of oil of your choice (olive oil, butter, margarine)
I used a little garlic spread (for bread) in mine for flavor
Add a tsp. of your favorite spice (salad blend works best)
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Sauté on Medium heat until veggies are soft enough for your preference. Just look at the video picture to see about how mine looked done wise. Enjoy with dinner!
