The recipe looks interesting. I think the reviewer comments about sugar are in response to the video's claim that this a great alternative to mayo-based slaws. What, better to have diabetes than high cholesterol? All recipes are personal preference.
So many sugar whineys, people if you dont like sugar then dont put sugar, make it into your own style whats the big deal.
