♥YumYum Sauce Video Recipe:

Hi guys! I’m Seonkyoung Longest!
Welcome to my cooking channel (food channel)!
In this video I’m going to show you how to make Rice ball (Jumeogbab, Onigiri).
There isn’t a rule to make oriniri (rice ball, jumeogbab). You name it, you make it!
Think about pizza, you put anything you can think of as topping, it’s same idea. You put anything you like as filling in rice ball! How easy is that?! So be creative and have fun in kitchen! Thank you so much for watching my cooking video, I hope you enjoy!
Good Luck!

Tuna Ranch Onigiri (Makes 7)

5 oz. canned tuna
2 Tablespoons Hidden Valley Ranch Cracked Peppercorns
3 ½ cup cooked sticky short grain rice (Sushi rice)
7 sheets 1″x2.5″ dried and toasted seaweed

Combine tuna and cracked peppercorns ranch in a small mixing bowl.
Take 1/2cup of rice in your left hand and gently press middle of the rice to make an indentation.
Put 1 Tablespoon tuna and ranch mixture into the center, carefully close the rice over the filling so it becomes covered.
Squeeze gently, but hard enough to hold it together, and mold it into a triangular shape.
Wrap with seaweed only one side of the triangle.

Seonkyoung’s Tips: Wear disposable poly gloves or wet your hands to avoid the rice sticking on your hands.
Wrap individually with plastic wrap if you are not serving right away or for lunch box.
