1 Potato, boiled
1 cup basmati rice, cooked
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 cup tomato puree
1 tsp chilli powder

Spice mix ( 2 tsp – Black Pepper, Cinamon, Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Amchur )
3 Tbsp butter, little oil if needed
1/4 cup coriander leaves
