Pork Humba is a dish that originated in Visayas. It’s one of the Filipino dishes that takes the sour, sweet, salty flavors and manages to blend them all very nicely, perfect sa ating panlasang Pinoy.
Humba is a delicious recipe that is reminiscent of the quintessential Pinoy food, Adobong Baboy. Pork Humba is definitely one of the Philippines’ best dishes!
Tagalog speaking Australian Chris Urbano of Maputing Cooking uses pork shoulder in this Visayan classic humba recipe, and slow cooks it for 2-3 hours. This is a very easy humba recipe, so if you want to know how to cook humba, check out this video now!
