    Love this dish!! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ we make it just a little bit different by rendering the lard from the pork with water instead of oil first. Then add the kamatis with bagoong. Your way looks delicious!
