Ingredients for Paneer Lababdar (switch on captions to view subtitles in english)
Paneer 250 gm
cut paneer into cubes and soak it in hot water for 10 mins. or boil it in water for 5 mins. or u can fry little then soak in water
For Paneer Lababdar gravy
1 big spoon oil
1 tsp Black Cumin Seeds
1 1/1 chopped tomatoes
1 big chopped onion
2 green chillies chopped
gringer paste
cooked tomato paste
1/4 th tsp haldi
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
salt to taste
1/4 th cup kaju and paneer paste
1 tsp dhaniya powder
1/2 tsp chole masala powder
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1/4 th cup cooked tomato paste
1/4th cup water
1 tsp kasoori methi
2 tbsp Butter
1/4 th cup Fresh coriander
1/2 tsp kitchen king masala
1/4th tsp sambhar masala
1/4 tsp pav bhaji masala
1/4th cup grated paneer
2 tbsp water
1/4th cup cream
1 big chunks of fresh tomato
cook till oil floats and watch video carefully to check step by step procedure.
(finely chop tomatoes and cook then with little oil for 15 mins till oil floats on low flame) this can be stored in freeze for 1 month
onion paste same as tomato paste
kaju paste soak kaju overnight and with little milk blend it in mixy we need thick paste.
पनीर लबदार के लिए सामग्री
पनीर 250 ग्राम
पनीर को क्यूब्स में काट लें और इसे 10 मिनट के लिए गर्म पानी में भिगो दें। या इसे 5 मिनट के लिए पानी में उबालें। या आप पानी में भिगो सकते हैं
पनीर लबदार ग्रेवी के लिए
1 बड़ा चम्मच तेल
1 छोटा चम्मच काला जीरा
1 1/1 कटे हुए टमाटर
1 बड़ा कटा प्याज
2 हरी मिर्च कटी हुई
अदरक का पेस्ट
पका हुआ टमाटर का पेस्ट
1/4 वें चम्मच हल्दी
1 छोटा चम्मच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
नमक स्वादअनुसार
1/4 वें कप काजू और पनीर का पेस्ट
1 छोटा चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
1/2 टीस्पून छोले मसाला पाउडर
3 बड़े चम्मच टमाटर केचप
1/4 वें कप पका हुआ टमाटर का पेस्ट
1 / 4th कप पानी
1 चम्मच कसूरी मेथी
2 बड़ा चम्मच मक्खन
1/4 वें कप ताजा धनिया
1/2 छोटा चम्मच किचन किंग मसाला
1 / 4th चम्मच सांभर मसाला
1/4 छोटा चम्मच पाव भाजी मसाला
1 / 4th कप कसा हुआ पनीर
2 बड़े चम्मच पानी
1 / 4th कप क्रीम
ताजा टमाटर के 1 बड़ा हिस्सा
तेल तैरने तक पकाना और चरण प्रक्रिया द्वारा जाँच करने के लिए वीडियो को ध्यान से देखें।
(टमाटर को बारीक काट लें और फिर धीमी आंच पर 15 मिनट तक तेल के साथ थोड़ा सा पकाएं) इसे 1 महीने के लिए फ्रीज में रखा जा सकता है।
प्याज का पेस्ट टमाटर के पेस्ट जैसा ही है|
काजू का पेस्ट काजू को रात भर भिगोएँ और थोड़े से दूध के साथ इसे मिक्सी में मिला दें, हमें गाढ़ा पेस्ट चाहिए।
