Sirukeerai (Tropical Amarnath) – 1/2 Bunch
Onion – 1 Nos
Tomato – 1 Nos
Gravy Powder – 1 tsp
Garlic – 2 nos
Moong Dal – 50 gms ( add 2-3 garlic, Turmeric powder – 1 pinch & Cooked )
Mustard & urad dal mix – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli – 2 Nos
Curry Leaves
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp

Ingredients:
Arbi (Sepankilangu) – 1/4 kg
Tamarind Juice – 1 tsp
Garlic – 2 Nos
Gravy Powder – 1 tsp
Corn flour (or) Rice flour – 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Red chilli – 7-8 nos
Gravy masala powder – 2.5 tsp
Mustard & urad dal – 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1/2 tsp
Tamarind juice – 1.5 cup
Pepper – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Garam Dal – 2 tsp
urad dal – 2 tsp
Toor Dal – 2
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
garlic – one hand full nos
salt to taste
oil – 5-6 tsp
