Keto Recipe - Steamed Pork Cabbage Rolls

Egg rolls have always been one of my favorite side dishes. I’ve been finding new ways to use cabbage lately and had the idea to make these steamed pork cabbage rolls. Instead of putting shredded cabbage inside, the cabbage makes a great roll filled with savory ingredients and a bit of spice from freshly grated ginger.

8 medium cabbage leaves
2 stalks green onion
1 pound ground pork
1 medium egg
1 small piece ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
1/2 teaspoon erythritol

    I added a touch of finely chopped cilantro, the tender leaves of the celery stalk and a bit of minced garlic. Have fun and make the recipe your own!

    I'm making these right now. Some with n without ginger (picky man in the house). I'm so excited to dip them in the sauce. Yuuuuummm

    You shouldn’t really eat soy on a keto diet so coconut aminos is a better option

    Why not… Try Beef or chicken..
    EATING CLEAN FOODS..better alternative.

  12. You can substitute the soy sauce for coconut aminos if you're allergic to soy 🙂
