first of all, i cooked sprouts at 300 degrees for 13 mins, they turned out to be burnt. riddle me this!
Stop using kosher salt. It is so highly refined that it actually has less nutritional value than iodized table salt. It is a contributor to all kinds of endocrine disorders because it is missing all the other necessary minerals that you get from healthy, natural Real Salt, Redmans, or pink Himalayan.
