Idea 1: Hearty Green Smoothie
Ingredients: Frozen or raw greens, half of an avocado, 1 frozen banana, 2 dates, 1 table spoon of hemp protein and 2 cups of almond milk.
Directions: Place all items in blender and blend.
Idea 2:
Smashed Avocado Veggie Sandwich
Ingredients: Whole wheat slices, half of an avocado, spinach, sundries tomato’s, 4 slices of zucchini, 4 slices from a small tomato, 1 slice of cheddar cheese.
Directions: Lay all items on whole wheat slices and enjoy =)
