Most common question, how do I feed vegetables to my child? Most kids are so fussy about not having vegetables. Dear Moms, don’t worry, I am going to show you the Egg Pops recipe which is so easy & quick that you too can get kids to eat lots of vegetables without them ever realising. 2 Eggs
Salt per taste
Chopped Onions
Chopped Tomatoes
Chopped Bell Peppers
Chopped Brocolli
Shredded Carrot
Finely chopped Green Chillies (You may use chilli powder or Black pepper alternatively)
Shredded Cheese
few drops of Oil
Coriander Leaves


Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
Add some salt per taste
Beat the eggs nicely.
On a side take Appam Patra and keep it on flame to heat up.
Add Chopped Onions
Add Chopped tomatoes
Add chopped Bell Peppers
Add Chopped Brocolli
Add Shredded Carrot
Some Green Chillies
Add some Shredded Cheese
Mix everything.
Take a spoonful of egg mix into Appam Patra.
add few drops of oil so that Egg Pops don’t stick to the surface of Appam Patra.
Let them cook on both the sides for 5 minutes.
Egg Pops Are Ready.
Serve them in a plate with Tomato Ketchup, Coriander and Shredded Cheese.
Kids will love this.
