Easy Vegetables Recipe/Easy Vegetables Dish

Hi guys.

This video feautures two vegetables dishes (zero meat) that are so easy to prepare but are guaranteed sooo yummy๐Ÿ˜‹.

Dish # 1: Fried Green Beans
We need:
Green beans (both ends removed)
Half cup sliced scallions
4 garlic cloves (sliced)
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
Oil for frying
Salt, pepper and chilli powder to taste

Dish # 2: Salad made from eggplant, tomato and cucumber
We need:

1 eggplant (steamed)
1 tomato (sliced)
2 cucumbers (sliced)
Juice of half lemon
1 small onion (sliced)
1 green chilli (sliced)
Salt and pepper to taste
