Easy Traditional Assamese pork curry | North East style pork curry । Assamese recipe


Pork 600gm
Onion 100 gm
Tomatoes 3 each
Ginger garlic paste 2 tab spoon
Dry Chili 4 each
Cumin Seeds 1 tab Spoon
Cumin powder 1 tab spoon
Coriander Powder 1 tab spoon
Turmeric Powder 1 tab spoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon
Mustard oil 1 tab spoon

Method :
In a pressure cooker add pork pieces, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, onion, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, water and cook it for up to 1 whistle. now keep the stock and the pork separately.
Heat a pan pour some mustard oil, cumin seeds, dry chilies, onion slices and stir it properly. When the onions become transparent then add the cooked pork and let it cook for about 10 min. Now its time to add the stock ( add the stock bit by bit say 2/3 spoon time by time) and stir continuously on low flame. when the gravy become thick and it leaves its oil then your pork curry is ready to serve.
