Here is the easy way of making Pork Fry in my style.It is also known as Pandi Fry and goes well with chapati , Roti or Rice.
Ingredients:
PORK – 750 gms
ONIONS (Medium Size) – 2 Number
GARLIC CLOVES – 10 Number
GRATED COCONUT – 1 tbsp
POPPY SEEDS – 1 tbsp
WATER – ¼ cup (Add in Batches)
OIL – 1 tbsp
MUSTARD SEEDS – 1 tsp
GREEN CHILLIES (Slit) – 4 Number
CORIANDER POWDER – 2 tbsp
BLACK PEPPER POWDER – 1 tsp
TURMERIC POWDER – ¼ tsp
GINGER GARLIC PASTE – 1 tsp
SALT – 1½ tsp or As per taste
CORIANDER LEAVES – 1 tbsp
