Ingredients:
Serves 3 – 4 pax

15g white bait fish (fry until golden brown)

7 – 8g of thinly sliced young ginger
1 century egg
2 salted egg yolk
400ml water
1 tablespoon of concentrated chicken stock
300g of leafy vegetables (sio bok choy)
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
A few dashes of white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Some cornstarch solution
1 beaten egg
