I bet you could make this with boneless skinless chicken breasts as well. I'm definitely going to make it. Your tenderloin is just like a boneless chop, so you're good. Hey awesome lady, I've just started using instant potatoes and have found that not only are they quicker to make but I think taste much better. I've started using half and half milk and real butter and there is nothing better. I have COPD also and I am on oxygen 24-7. It is very difficult to breath and using instant potatoes or anything that helps me and still allows me to cook for my loved ones is a winner in my mind. I love your videos and all of the tips on inexpensive meals and time saving ideas I am all for it. Please keep putting these videos out there and letting everyone enjoy watching you and listening to your calming voice. I do love you Jan and admire what you do. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐น๐น
old joe made something similar (using soup and ranch) he put it in his Insta Pot and used chicken thighs. I bet it would be tasty both ways.
My husband's favorite spices are salt and pepper so I am not sure how well the Ranch Dressing will go over with him. Personality, I love Ranch and am tempted to try this by cutting the dressing down to just a hint of it's flavor. Say, one heaping tablespoon? There's just the two of us so I will also use chops since that's more efficient for us. Thank you so much for your wonderful recipes and for sharing your life with us.
