
Buttermilk Pork Belly
Ingredients
250 grams of pork belly
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper
2 cloves of chopped garlic
2 pieces of red bird eye chilli (red chilli padi)
3 tbsp of butter
3 tbsp of fresh curry leaves
½ cup of evaporated milk
¼ salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp of condensed milk (1 tbsp for those who like it less sweet)
2 tbsp of cornstarch mixed with water
