Brinjal 2
Total 500 grams
Medium size potato; cut in 8 pieces
Cauliflower, Cut like potato size
Cut the Brinjal into 4 pieces
Carrot, cut into lengthwise
Beans also cut like lengthwise

Sunflower oil
Tomato paste, 1 big tomato
Ginger, Coriander and cumin seed paste1tsp
Char Mogoj, Poppy seed and Cashew Nut paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Ghee 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder ½ tsp, Chili powder ½ tsp, Kashmiri Chili powder ½ tsp
Sugar ¼ tsp
Garam Masala Powder ¼ tsp
Bay leaf 1
Red Chili 2
Panch Foron ¼ tsp
