Pesto
– about 2 cups of spinach
– about 1 cup of basil
– 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts (You can use cashews, macadamia nuts, walnuts, or any other nuts! You can also try sunflower seeds)
– olive oil (to your preferred texture)
– salt & pepper to taste
– 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
– 2 cloves garlic
– squeeze of lime or lemon
I have a queso dip/nacho ‘cheese’ recipe on my channel already that I used for nachos before, but in this video I used a different vegan nacho cheese recipe that I am working on (this one is more whole foods based)
