2 EASY CUSTARD DESSERT RECIPE I CUSTARD ICE CREAM & FRUITS CUSTARD l N’Oven

Ingredients & Process:
1 LITRE (1000ml) MILK
1/2 CUP SUGAR
BOIL THE MILK
6 TABLESPOON CUSTARD POWDER
1/2 CUP MILK
MIX THE CUSTARD MIXTURE WITH THE MILK
STIR CONTINOUSLY IN LOW FLAME TO AVOID LUMPS
MILK WILL CHANGE THE COLOR & THICKEN
DIVIDE THE MIXTURE IN TWO PARTS
COOL COMPLETELY
1/4 CUP GREEN GRAPES
1/4 CUP RED GRAPES
1/4 CUP APPLE
1/4 CUP MANGO
1/4 CUP POMEGRANATE
1/4 CUP BANANA
MIX IT
COVER THE BOWL WITH A WARPING PAPER
CHILL IT FOR 2-3 HOURS
1/4 CUP WHIPPED CREAM
MIX IT
1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
1/4 CUP MIXED NUTS (CASHEW, PISTACHIO, ALMOND)
TRANSFER INTO A AIRTIGHT BOX
SPREAD SOME MIXED NUTS
COVER THE BOX WITH A WRAPING PAPER
KEEP IT IN THE FRIDGE FOR 6 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT
