मूंग दाल से बनाए मिनटों में इतना टेस्टी नाश्ता | Vegetables Stuffed Moong Dal Dosa|Recipes with Riya

Ingredients

1 Cup Moong Dal ( soaked for 4-5 hours)
1 Finely Chopped Onion
1 Finely Chopped Capsicum
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Carrot
2 tbsp Corns
1 Finely Chopped green chilli
Finely Chopped Corriander
Paneer
Salt to taste
¼ tsp Red chilli powder
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
Water as required

Method

1 transfer soaked moong dal into a grinding jar
add 1 Roughly chopped green chilli add little water
and grind it

2. Dal is so thick so add water as required and Will make it a bit liquid
We have to keep it in the consistency of dosa batter

3. add salt, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and mix it well

4. heat a pan with little oil
When oil gets hot add finely chopped onions, green chilli and fry them

5. add all the vegetables Carrot, capsicum, corns
Along with salt and red chilli powder
Fry them on medium flame

6. Our stuffing is ready
Grate paneer on it

7. For making moong dal dosa
Heat a pan and add little oil on it

8. When pan get hot add batter and spread dosa
Cook it on medium high flame until it gets golden brown colour on both sides

9. Put stuffing in it
And fold it in any shape as you want

Vegetable stuffed tasty moong dal breakfast is ready
Serve it with coriander chutney or tomato ketchup
