About 6 oz orange juice added little by little

Whole banana

3.8 oz Hearts or romaine
3 Grape tomatoes
Bolthouse cilantro avocado yogurt dressing
2 or 3 boiled eggs
Fat free crumbles feta
.5 cup cooked chickpeas (can be canned)
1/2 cucumber
