Vietnamese Style Fried Pork Loin ( Phong cách chiên Việt Pork Loin )

today we show you how to make a Wonderful Asian dish.. Fried Pork Loin
With a Vietnamese marinade..Fish Sauce and all the ingredients are easy to find… especially if you have a Asian market near..
Ingredients
1 tablespoon minced Garlic
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
2 tablespoon minced Green onion
2 tablespoons Caramel sauce ( see my video for this recipe )
1 teaspoon salt and pepper or to taste
