Rice:2-3 cups of mix vegetables, 1 TBS of vegetable cooking oil, 1 tsp of minced garlic, 1 tsp of minced ginger, 1 tsp of hot chili paste, 1 1/2 cup of cooked rice, pinch of salt to taste, 1 TBS of curry powder, 1 tsp of turmeric, pinch of black pepper, drizzle sesame oil.

Noodle, 2-3 cups of mixed vegetables, 1 TBS of vegetable cooking oil, 1 tsp of minced garlic, 1 tsp of minced ginger, 1 tsp of hot chili paste, 1 1/2 cup of cooked pasta, 1 TBS of soy sauce to taste, 2 tsp of hoisin sauce and drizzle sesame oil.
