For sautéing vegetable –
1 tsp Oil
1/2 cup cabbage
1/2 cup beans
1/2 cup bell peppers
1 cup carrot grated finely
1/2 cup green onion leaves
3 tblsps Schezwan sauce
2 tsps green chilli paste
1/2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
2 cups fresh bread crumbs
2 tblsps cornflour
3 tblsps Maida
Oil for frying

Ingredients for cornflour slurry –
2 tblsps cornflour
2 tblsps Maida
Pinch of salt
Water
