Vegetable Sagu

This video shows how to prepare a popular side dish from Karnataka, that is vegetable Sagu.This is a wholesome dish made from vegetables boiled with salt and ground coconut blended with other spices. It is an ideal side dish for rotis,chapathi, paratha, puri as well as Rava idli.
Ingredients

Mixed Vegetables 2 to 3 Cups(carrot, beans,potato,caulifloer,peas)chopped
Coconut grated 1 cup
Roasted gram 1/2 Cup
Green chillis 2-3
Salt
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds1 Tsp
ginger a small piece
Cinnamon
Cardamom few
cloves 2-3
Cashew a few
Jeera(cumin seeds) 1 Tsp
Urad Dal 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder a pinch
