a nice piece of pork belly (2 lb)
5 slices of ginger
3 tbsp of cooking wine
some rose cooking wine(optional)
For the skin:
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of baking powder (not baking soda) if you use less 5 pounds of pork belly, don’t change the amount of baking powder.
1/2 tsp of sesame oil
For the dry rub:
1 tbsp of sugar
1 and 1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of five spice
bake it in the middle of the oven for 40 minutes
and then bake it on the top level of the oven for 10-20 minutes
