Ingredients:
1 tbsp cooking oil
5 cloves garlic
1 pc yellow onion
1 lb chicken gizzards (optional)
2 lbs chicken wing drumettes
8 oz white mushroom
4 stalks green celery
1 pc chayote
salt and pepper
1 red bell pepper
5 C water
1/2 lb green beans
1 lb carrots
1 lb snow peas
1 head broccoli
20-30 pcs hard boiled quail eggs
