Thai Pork Omelette Recipe ไข่เจียวหมูสับ – Hot Thai Kitchen!

A recent trip home inspired me to share with you a staple dish every Thai home turns to when we need food fast! I’ve shared a simple plain Thai omelette before, but here is a more substantial version with pork. Sriracha sauce is a classic accompaniment with this, and don’t forget to serve it over jasmine rice!

Love your recipes, I make a lot of them. Do you find you need to keep your oyster sauce in the fridge since your poured it into a squeeze bottle?

Pai, how we know the pork is already cooked enough in the egg? Because you know if the pork isnt cooked enough, it will contain worm.. Can i boiled first the pork?

  5. Saw SOTUS the Series and Kongpob (Singto’s character), loves this. Whenever I make eggrolls, I’ll put some ground pork aside for this now. 😃

  6. Can I add chicken or prawns instead of the pork?

  7. I just made this dish!

  8. I need to do this. What sauce would you recommend to have on the side as my Lung, he likes sauces? Thanks

  9. The THAI omelette was always every night served alongside other mains when we were young and was always the first one finished. Fresh everyday. 🙌 it was a staple and most times the only source of protein. God bless you mum. 🙏

  10. You need to add extra Nam Place & a touch of hot sauce! Yummm!

  14. Ahh, yummy yummy! Thank you for your recipe!! If fact this is my FIRST Thai dish cooked by my FIRST Thai friend during my FIRST visit at his home during my college years. So this dish means a lot to me. It was delicious! He also introduced me to a kind of authentic Thai hot chili sauce that hit me really hard 🙂

Tried today. It was gorgeous. Can't wait to seal my salted salmon in the fridge. Tomorrow I'm gonna make salted fish fried rice and for dinner mee gati. Thanks for all your tasty recipes, you're an amazing teacher. Keep up the good work 🙂

  20. I feel like the pork might not be cooked when the eggs are?
