150g of boiled potatoes (2/3 cup)
2 tbsp of boiled corn
2 tbsp of green peas
2 tbsp of carrots finely chopped
2 tbsp of cottage cheese
1 or tbsp of green chili peppers
Half a lemon
½ tsp of red chili spice
½ tsp of chaat masala
½ tsp Salts
½ tsp baking soda
Oil to deep fry
Add flour, red chili powder, salt, baking soda to the pan, then add water and mix all the ingredients.
Put the cabbage leaves in salted water to soften. Boil potatoes and make mashed potatoes Add the peas, corn, carrots, cottage cheese, chili, chat masala, salt and lemon juice to the potato, mix together.
Take a piece of cabbage, fill it with the prepared mixture, roll in the sauce and bake.
