  5. Thanks so much, this recipe got me laid 👌🏻

  6. Sounds like a really good recipe I'm just confused as to why you would want to add extra salt right before you put the marinade on top you said it could help pull out some moisture

Hey love does it matter what side up it is, and also would having a thermometer plug in while it's roasting that you here for a beep work on this?

  8. Regular olive oil is proven to be garbage. NEVER use it. ALWAYS use EvOO, no exceptions!!

im just so fucking happy you didnt pull it out at 160 like most people do.

  16. I suggest making slits along the top side, sticking some garlic cloves and onions along with the paste, and salting only the outside afterward. Measure your temp with a remote thermometer, and without ever opening the oven door cut the oven off and allow it to finish cooking the last hour. ALWAYS cook with fat side up to allow for natural basting. I even finish mine off in a wood fired smoker/grill for flavor that will “make you wanna smack yo mama”!

I like to make Scarborough Fair pork loin – with Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, and Thyme (+ Salt & Pepper)

  18. Next time out the garlic and salt in first pound it first then add oil at the end with rosemary get a finer product in your marinate. Adding oil first just splashs everywhere
