Pulled Pork Recipe | What’s In My Cupboard | Sarah Grace Fitness

I make this tasty recipe almost weekly! It makes enough to last 4-6 days so you can stick it in the fridge and have it for meals throughout the week.

The best part is its quick, healthy, and delish!!

4 pounds pork butt or shoulder
1-2 yellow onions, diced
3 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons sea salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 cup honey (raw unfiltered)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil

Place onions in the crockpot. Set pork butt or shoulder on top of the onions. Mix up the rest of the ingredients in a dish and poor them over the pork.

Let cook on high for 8-10 hours. Pork should fall apart when you touch it with a fork. Stir it up and let sit for 30 more minutes.
