  3. Wonderful! Can't wait to try it. I wonder what became of the flavorful juices from the first pan?

  4. I broil my tomatillos. Is there a difference in their taste from broiling vs. boiling?

  5. are you still in S. Korea – if so, do they sell tomatillos there??

  6. Making this tonight and I can't wait for it to be done! Thank you for making videos in English and Spanish, so helpful for those who love Mexican food but don't understand Spanish… Like me 😅 ❤️

  7. Thank you. Much love from SoCal.

  8. I going to try chile verde your way. I've always cooked the meat in the sauce for a couple of hours after browning. My chile verde is good, but I like the idea of a fresher tasting sauce. Thank you.

Did I miss it or did the video not explain exactly how long it takes the meat to cook to be tender? All I heard was “quite a while”.
