Ingredients for Paneer Pulao:

1. Basmati rice soaked for 30 mins
2. Salt as per needs
3. Clarified butter / ghee 2 tsp
4. Paneer 150 gms sliced into cube shape
5. One cinnamon stick
6. Cloves 5 nos
7. Green cardamom 4 nos
8. One bay leaf
9. Ginger paste 1 tsp
10. A medium size potato fried with salt
11. Biryani masala 1/2 tsp
12. Sugar 1 tsp (optional)
13. Cashew and rasin both 15 nos soaked for 5 mins
14. Rose water 1 tsp
