1 cup Wheat flour
2 Tbsp Gram flour
2 Tbsp Rice flour (optional)
3-4 Green chilies
2-3 Garlic cloves
4 Tbsp Curd
ยฝ Tsp turmeric powder
2 Tsp Sesame seeds
1 Tsp Cumin seeds powder
1 Tsp coriander seeds powder
250 grams Spinach (Palak) Washed and chopped
Salt as per taste
