1. Sweet & Salty Popcorn
– 1/3 cup popcorn kernels
– 3 tablespoons of any oil (I used avocado oil)
– 1 tablespoon of melted vegan butter
– coconut sugar & cinnamon ( I used about 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar & 1 tablespoon cinnamon, but you can adjust to your taste!)
– almond butter (melted with a bit of coconut oil)

2. Pumpkin Chocolate Balls (my fave)
– 1 cup flour of choice (I used coconut)
– 1/4 cup sugar of choice (I used coconut palm sugar)
– cinnamon (to taste)
– vegan chocolate chips (to taste, I used about 1/2 the bag… I really like chocolate ok)
– 1 can of pumpkin puree
– cook at 350 degrees for 10-15 min

3. Chocolate Mousse
-1 avocado
– 1 (ripe) banana
– 1 heaping tablespoon of cocoa powder
– vanilla extract (to taste, I used about 1 teaspoon)
– 1/3 cup almond milk (or any other nondairy milk)
– top with whatever toppings your heart desires!
