Monday Lunch specials Menu:
1.Carrot Beans Sambar Recipe
2.Potato Capsicum Masala or Poriyal
3.White Rice

Ingredients required to make Sambar recipe;
1.Thoovar Dal -1 cup
2.Shallots -10 to 15
3.Tomato -1
4.Tamarind pulp-1 (small size lemon)Soaked in water
5.Curry leaves -some
6.Coriander leaves -some
7.Carrot-1
8.Beans -5 to 7
9.Mustard seeds -1 tsp
10. Fenugreek seeds -1/4 tsp
11.Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
12. Sambar powder -2 tsp or
13. Chilli Powder -2 tsp
14.Coriander Powder -1/2 tsp
15.Turmeric Powder -1/4 tsp
16.Oil – 4 to 5 tsp
17.Salt -as per taste

Ingredients for Potato Capsicum Masala:
1.Potato -2
2.Capsicum -1
3.Onion -1
4.Garlic 3 to 4
5.Green chilli -1
6.Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
7.Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
8.Fennel seeds -1/4 tsp
9. Chilli powder -1 tsp
10.Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
11.Oil – 3 tsp
12.Salt -as per taste
