Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Oil 1-2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 large
-Tamatar (Tomato) 2-3
-Oil 2 tbs
-Aloo (Potato) 250 gms
-Gajar (Carrot) 250 gms
-Phool gobhi (Cauliflower) 250 gms
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & Crushed 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Matar (Peas) 1 Cup
-Pani (Water) ½ Cup
-Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) ½ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chili) 1-2
-Hara dhania (Coriander) 2 tbs

Directions:
-In wok,add oil,onion and fry until golden brown.
-Add tomato and fry until tender,grind and make a paste,set aside.
-In wok,add oil,potato,carrot,cauliflower,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
-Add cumin seeds,red chili powder,turmeric powder,salt and mix well.
-Add tomato & onion paste,peas,water and cook for 5-8 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
-Add whole spice powder,green chili,coriander and serve.

-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Matar (Peas) 1 Cup
-Pani (Water) ½ Cup
-Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) ½ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chili) 1-2
-Hara dhania (Coriander) 2 tbs

Directions:
-Karhai mein oil aur pyaz dal ker golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Tamatar dal ker naram hunay tak fry karein,grind ker ka paste bana lein aur side per rakh dein.
-Karhai mein oil,aloo,gajar,phool gobhi aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Zeera,lal mirch powder,haldee powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tamatar & pyaz paste,matar aur pani dal ker 5-8 minute ya sabziyan naram hunay tak paka lein.
-Garam masala powder,hari mirch aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein.
